All of us will leave a legacy; some for good and some not so good. There are four things to consider if you plan to leave a godly legacy: 1. Be strong in grace. 2. Consider the powerful place of words. 3. Stay focused and on task. 4. Consider the need for wisdom. Other essentials to leaving a godly legacy that will outlive you; fear the Lord and obey Him, recognize the world’s needs and respond with compassion and action, pray that God will use you to accomplish His purposes, be a better steward of your gifts and abilities given by God, and finally ask God to give your children a sense of purpose, direction, and mission.
